What is flex-e-voucher Rewards Program?

 

Flex-e-voucher Rewards Program by Blue Box Event is to provide a comprehensive, outsourced management solution powering redemption retailing Gift Voucher/Cheque schemes as alternative reward means to the sales or organization motivational incentive program.

 
Q.

Do I have to pay any fees to participate in this flex-e-voucher Rewards Program?

 

No. There is no fee. You will be automatically enrolled into the program once your company/organisation participate in the program .

 
Q.

How are my points calculated?

 

Under this program, you earn ten (10) flex-e-voucher Rewards Points for every RM100.00* premium sold (terms and condition apply, please check with your company's program details).

 
Q.

Do I earn flex-e-voucher Rewards Points for all my transactions?

 

Yes. You will earn flex-e-voucher Rewards Points for every sales transactions determine by your company (terms and condition apply, please check with your company's program details).

 
Q.

Can I start redeeming my flex-e-voucher Rewards Points immediately?

 

Yes. You can start redeeming your flex-e-voucher Rewards Points whenever you wish within the program period (please check with your company's program details). There is no waiting period for you to start getting your gifts.

How do I know the number of flex-e-voucher Rewards Points I have accumulated?

 

This will appear in your monthly statement send by Blue Box Event every month to you via our website (http://www.blueboxevent.com.my/flexevoucher/index.htm). You can also call your company's program administration to find this out.

How can I get gifts for my flex-e-voucher Rewards Points?

 

In the Rewards Catalogue you will find the gifts you can get with the number of flex-e-voucher Rewards Points indicated against each item. You just have to call your company's program administration or thru your company's branch offices and request for the gift of your choice.

How will I receive my gift?

 

After you indicate the gift selected to your Officer, you will get a voucher from him/her confirming the points you need. This  voucher will entitle you to redeem your gift from Blue Box Event / your company program administration / your company's branch offices / a specified outlet.

 
Q.

How can I get the gift I want, faster?

 

You can do this using the "Fast Track" option. When you do not have the required number of flex-e-voucher Rewards Points of a particular gift item, you can still obtain the gift. The Fast Track option enables you to get the gift with lower flex-e-voucher Rewards Points plus an additional amount which will be charged to you directly.

 
Q.

Is there a time limit within which I must redeem my flex-e-voucher Rewards Points?

 

Yes, flex-e-voucher Rewards Points awarded under your company's Incentive Rewards Program for one (1) year. This means you can keep collecting your flex-e-voucher Rewards Points within this period and once you request for the voucher, it's only valid within 30 days period  until they are exchanged for gifts.

Can I gift my flex-e-voucher Rewards Points to somebody else?

 

No. Your flex-e-voucher Rewards Points cannot be gifted to any person.

Can I request for the gift to be sent to somebody else?

 

No. The gift will be sent only on your request to your address as per our records.

 
Q.

Under what conditions can I not redeem my flex-e-voucher Rewards Points?

 

You cannot redeem your flex-e-voucher Rewards Points if you have no longer a staff/contractual agent/distributor to our participated client.
