REDEMPTION PROCESS

The Malaysia's First flex-e-voucher incentive rewards program is the most rewarding - Every time you do your sales activities, you're well on your way to earning exciting Rewards.

The Flex-e-voucher Rewards Program is a special feature of your company incentive. Under this program, you earn ten (10) Rewards Points for every RM100.00* premium sold (terms and condition apply, please check with your company's program details). You can start earning today and accumulate will automatically appear in the monthly statement. You do not have to track them separately. You can redeem them at any time within a year program as long as you is a valid and contractual agent of our participation client.

Exchange your Reward Points for gifts:
The number of Reward Points required for each item in the Rewards catalogue is indicated next to the code for that item. After you confirm the gift you want, redeem your flex-e-voucher from your company and exchange it with us for the gift you want and the number of the Reward Points for that gift will be deducted from your account.

It's so easy to order your gifts:
You can indicate your redemption request by calling, our Phone Service on 1234 5678. Our Officer will help fulfill your request.

Get your gifts faster with the FAST TRACK option:
For certain gifts, you have an option to obtain them faster. Just look at the Fast Track option (if available) against each item. You can get your gift with a lower number of Reward Points by paying an additional amount which contributes towards the difference.

Delivery of Rewards items:
We will send you a letter which entitles you to collect your gift from a specified outlet or we will courier it to you directly to your home.
