Flex-e-voucher Rewards Program is an
incentive program for all registered Corporate Client with Blue Box
Event Incentive Program.
The Flex-e-voucher Rewards Program is a service provided through
Blue Box Event, which is solely responsible for the redemption of
points and issuance and fulfillment of rewards.
“Rewards Points” means the points awarded to the qualified
participants based on the total premium collection in the time
period of this incentive program.
Voucher Terms & Conditions:
- Flex-e-voucher are accrued in the name of the succesful
participant only and cannot be transferred.
- Vouchers validation is stated in the voucher and cannot be renewed
once they have expired.
- Flex-e-voucher points earned have no cash or monetary value.
Accured Rewards Points are not convertible to cash in part or whole.
There will be no refund on unused portion of the
voucher/s.
- Vouchers are not for re-sale.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
- Voucher can be accumulate and may be used for group holiday
booking. Reservations must be made min. 60 days in advance,
subject to availability.
- Vouchers are to be used for redeem of only listed merchandise, air
ticket and/or holiday packages only.
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or
promotional items.
- Tampering of vouchers is strictly prohibited. If found guilty,
person is liable to be prosecuted.
- Should any discrepancy arise, Blue Box Event reserves all right in
the final decision.
- Vouchers are not valid without authorized signature from
participated Corporate Client and Blue Box Event.
- Merchant list in this catalog are subject to change and update on
merchandise or packages will be notified by Blue Box Event from
time to time.
- The Management (Blue Box Event ) reserves the right to amend and
terminate the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Blue Box Event does not accept responsibility and shall not be
liable for any death, injury or consequential loss or damage arising
from the use, consumption or acquisition of a product or service
acquired through the Flex-e-voucher Rewards Program.
Blue Box Event provides the issuance of travel documentation,
administrative services, and travel reservations. Neither
participated Corporate Client and Blue Box Event or their subsidiary and affiliated
companies maintain control over the independent suppliers that will
be providing accommodations and services as a part of the travel
program which shall include but not be limited to airline and hotel
suppliers. Participant in the program hereby release participated
Corporate Client and Blue Box Event or their subsidiary and affiliated
companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and
agents from any
and all liability for claims resulting from any acts or omissions of
the independent travel suppliers providing accommodations and
services in connection with the travel program, or from any other
cause, condition or event beyond the direct control of Blue Box
Event or their subsidiary and affiliated companies.
Blue Box Event are not responsible for replacement of lost or stolen
documents, damaged airline tickets or certificates.
All airline tickets or travel packages issued by the program are
final. Changes to the travel itinerary, lost tickets, cancellation
of flights, or failure to utilize issued tickets must be negotiated
by the program participant with the airline directly according to
the airline's procedures, policies, penalties and additional
charges.
The Rewards set out in this catalog are valid for redemption from 1
July 2005 till 31 June 2006 or while stock lasts.
